The Foundation
Founded in 2015 by Claes and Joacim, COPR was built on a simple premise: enterprise-level IT leadership doesn't have to be slow, bloated, or impersonal.

Having spent years leading large-scale consulting initiatives and navigating the complexities of big business, Claes and Joacim saw an opportunity to provide a different kind of partnership, one that combined deep institutional knowledge with the agility of a specialized team.

For nearly ten years, COPR served as a trusted advisor to major organizations. However, 2024 marked a turning point. As the demand for Artificial Intelligence moved from "curiosity" to "necessity," our clients began looking for a partner who could move beyond the hype and deliver real-world utility.
We realized that while big firms were still writing slide decks about AI, our clients needed to be using it.
The Engineering Future
We doubled down on this mission in 2025, recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer Prithu, with extensive experience in AI-driven business transformation.

Latest Business Case
One of Sweden’s largest university hospitals is using AI-driven decision making to accelerate its path toward carbon neutrality by 2035.
In healthcare, the majority of emissions sit deep within the supply chain — across thousands of products, suppliers, and contracts where climate impact is largely invisible. To act meaningfully, the organization needed intelligence at scale, not manual reports.
We helped turn fragmented data into a strategic asset.

First, we structured and unified procurement, supplier, and sustainability data — making it reliable, traceable, and usable. On top of this foundation, we built an AI engine that analyzes product-level emissions, compares sourcing alternatives, and supports better decisions in real time. Multiple LLMs were evaluated and benchmarked to ensure accuracy, performance, and security before selecting the optimal model.

We then established a repeatable methodology and delivered a transparent user interface where sourcing teams can explore insights and simulate scenarios with confidence.

The result: faster decisions, full visibility, and data-driven sourcing that directly supports the hospital’s long-term climate goals.
