Prithu leads COPR's AI transformation practice with 15 years of consulting experience, including executive education at Stanford University. He has helped organisations like a leading Swedish bank and Karolinska build scalable AI strategies that deliver measurable business value.

Claes co-founded COPR with a background in IT strategy, change management, and sourcing across both private and public sector organisations. He combines deep institutional knowledge with a hands-on approach to long-term business transformation.

Joacim co-founded COPR in 2015 and brings over 30 years of experience in programme management, procurement, and vendor governance. He led the largest non-military public procurement in Europe at the time — the SEK 35 billion Stockholm Metro contract — awarded Best Procurement of the Year in 2009.

Fannie is a senior project manager certified in PM3, ITIL, and Prince2, with broad experience in procurement, vendor management, and solution implementation. She brings structured delivery methods and a pragmatic approach to complex organisational challenges.

Tobias is among Sweden's first generation of AI and machine learning engineers, with nine years of experience building neural networks and two years as an AI lead. He specialises in translating AI strategy into production-ready solutions using Azure, RAG architectures, and LLM engineering.

Silvia is an agile coach, change leader, and project manager with a background in experimental physics from the University of Basel. She specialises in transforming ways of working within IT and operations, and has led AI adoption programmes for financial institutions and healthcare organisations.

Tommy is a certified enterprise architect with deep expertise in capability modelling, Sparx EA, and business architecture for AI-driven organisations. He is a recognised thought leader in his field and regularly publishes insights on emerging technologies including agentic AI and MCP. Tommy is a co-author of the 2014 bestseller Boken om IT-arkitektur, a definitive guide widely utilized in Sweden’s official IT architect certification programs.

Albert holds an MSc in Computer Science from Linköping University and brings hands-on experience in software engineering, test automation, and AI from SAAB and his thesis work on LLM-based test generation at Ericsson. He joined COPR in April 2026.
